Why are you doing this and where do I start?

If I can teach one person to fish - then that fish might be able to ride a bicycle!

The Information we teach is in two parts: 101 and 201.  The basics - 101 - can be found online in a series of YouTube videos organized by Subject Matter and Material.  It's outlined in the Syllabus.  Follow along.  This is not just the information that Real Estate Groups, Brokerages and REIAs ask me to speak to their members and agents about - we cover SO MUCH MORE HERE.  If you don't consume information best this way, we will be offering in-person classes/workshops.  

This is your chance to learn the basics, refresh your knowledge OR perfect your expertise. Having a strong base of practical information is important to be successful. 

Each Module builds on the others. We try not to repeat ourselves. So if you want the best experience I suggest you learn (or already know) the information contained in the prior Module, and the reference material, before going onto the next one.  

The more complex material, hands on exploration and analysis occurs in the 201 classes - only taught in person.  There is an expectation that you know all of the information and material in the 101 class to take the 201 class.
